AVFGA Regular Archery Shoots Every Thursday Start time is 4:00pm.
Our 2026 IBO is scheduled for May 30 and 31, 2026
Our Granite State Bow Hunters shoots are scheduled for June 7, 2026 and August 30, 2026

American Legion, Post 82 and the AVFGA will be hosting a HUNTER EDUCATION FIELD DAY on April 25, 2026.
Classroom Instruction will be held at the American Legion, Post 82 Located at

The Field Exam will be held at the AVFGA Located at

Please make sure you have transportation for this event.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED TO TAKE THE ONLINE HUNTER ED EXAM TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FIELD DAY.

Women's Firearms Familiarization Program
This Event will be held on May 9, 2026 with a rain date of May 10, 2026 at our AVFGA range. Registration online will open in March.
This six-hour familiarization program is designed exclusively for women over the age of 17 who have little or no experience with the handling or use of a firearm. This is not a hunter education, self-defense, or marksmanship course.
